Welcome to (which may be hereinafter referred to as the 'Site'). This website is owned and operated by Cruisin’ Pty Ltd ABN: 88 097 620 178. These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website, products and services as offered by us. By accessing or using the website, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
In order to use our website, you must be at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority, right and freedom to enter into these Terms as a binding agreement. You are not allowed to use this website if doing so is prohibited under any law or regulation applicable to you.
Currency and Pricing
All transactions on our website are processed in Australian dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of Australian GST. When buying an item, you agree that (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it and (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process. The prices we charge for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur.
Shipping and Delivery
Gramon.biz delivers products to most places throughout Australia. Shipping rates are advised on our Checkout page prior to you accepting and processing your order. Gramon.biz reserves the option to waive the delivery charges and/or to arrange collection or delivery to a mutually acceptable location, in particular for clients in Brisbane North or North West suburbs.
Genuine leather is a natural material so small variations in colour, shade or texture are an expected characteristic which ensure you have a unique product. Please note that colour variations and/or minor blemishes are not acceptable reasons to return a product. Please also be aware that your computer, monitor or browser may display colours slightly differently to the actual product and this too is not an acceptable reason to return a product. Patchwork and plaid design handbags are handmade from the colours of leather available to us at time of manufacture. Accordingly, they may not be identical to the photographic representations on the website but should be, in general, quite similar to the images on the Site.
Gramon.biz is committed to providing excellent customer service and quality products. Standard despatch timeframes are between 1–3 business days. If you have any questions or concerns about a product, your order any other relevant matters please email email@example.com
Warranty, Returns & Exchange Policy
Gramon.biz wants to ensure you're happy with your purchase.
Our products all have a 12 month manufacturers’ warranty on the external and lining materials plus any RFID materials and also product zippers, so if anything isn't as it should be get in touch and we'll sort out an exchange or refund straight away.
When we receive a valid warranty claim for a product purchased from us, we will determine to either repair the relevant defect or replace the product. If we are unable to repair or replace the product within a reasonable time, the customer will be entitled to a full refund upon the prompt return of the product to us. We will pay for shipment of repaired or replaced products to customer and customer will be responsible for return shipment of the product to us.
All items must be returned in original condition and in the original Gramon packaging. We try to be thorough with our quality control but humans are involved and occasionally something might slip through the cracks. If you believe your product is faulty or we have sent you an incorrect order by mistake, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we can discuss the possibility of a refund or replacement. Responsibility for return shipping costs will be determined based upon the circumstances i.e. if it is determined to be our fault we will assume those costs.
Unfortunately, we are normally unable to entertain returns / exchanges for “change of mind” circumstances.
If you do change your mind, or want to swap a gift for something else, exchange requests can be submitted to firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of purchase / receipt.
If an exchange can be entertained, you will be required to pay the costs of the return of your item (in its original condition and in the original Gramon packaging) and also the costs of the re-delivery of the replacement item. The replacement item will be sent once the returned item is received by us and once any relevant payments have been received.
If you make an error when purchasing online, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order and we should be able to adjust your order before it leaves our hands.

When purchasing from Gramon.biz your financial details are treated with our utmost respect, care and caution. We will do everything in our power to ensure total security of all information we receive. The information we do receive is for our use and our use only … it will not be shared with any third party unless we request and receive your specific permission to do so. Retention of right to change offering
We may, without prior notice, change the services; stop providing the products or services or any features of the services we offer; or create limits for the services. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the services without notice and liability for any reason, or for no reason.
You agree to indemnify and hold Cruisin’ Pty Ltd harmless from any demands, loss, liability, claims or expenses (including legal fees), made against them by any third party due to, or arising out of, or in connection with your use of the website or any of the services offered on the website.
The measures we use are designed to provide a level of security appropriate to the risk of processing your personal data when you purchase from our online store. We also comply with the Australian Privacy Principles in relation to the proper use and storage of personal data.
How long we retain your personal data depends on what it is, what we need it for (e.g. keeping track of your warranty rights) and whether we are legally required to keep it (for example, for taxation purposes). Once we no longer need to retain it, we will make sure your personal data is deleted and/or appropriately destroyed.
Promotional emails and content
You agree to receive from time to time promotional messages and materials from us, by mail, email or any other contact form you may provide us with (including your phone number for calls or text messages). If you don't want to receive such promotional materials or notices – please just notify us at any time.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Cruisin’ Pty Ltd be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including without limitation, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, our products.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cruisin’ Pty Ltd assumes no liability or responsibility for any errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content; any personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from your access to or use of our products or services; and any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any and all personal information stored therein.
Preference of law and dispute resolution
These Terms, the rights and remedies provided hereunder, and any and all claims and disputes related hereto and/or to the services, shall be governed by, construed under and enforced in all respects solely and exclusively in accordance with the internal substantive laws of Queensland, Australia without respect to its conflict of laws principles. Any and all such claims and disputes shall be brought in, and you hereby consent to them being decided exclusively by a court of competent jurisdiction located in Brisbane, Queensland. The application of the United Nations Convention of Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is hereby expressly excluded.
Changes to these Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to modify these terms from time to time at our sole discretion. Therefore, you should review these pages periodically. The effective date of these Terms is noted hereon this document. Your continued use of the Website after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to any of these terms or any future version of the Terms, do not use or access (or continue to access) this website.
